Domaine Mélaric - Loire

Aymeric Hillaire is a young winemaker in Saumur who is charting his own territory.  Deeply dedicated to enabling his wines to fully express their terroir, Aymeric has incorporated organic and biodynamic principles into his winemaking from bud break to bottle.  With his 4 hectares south of Saumur, he draws out the singular personalities of each of his wines to reflect their roots and their vintage.
